At Agrogram Products LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality food products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, shipping charges, and other important details regarding your order.  

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders will be shipped within *1-2 business days* after payment confirmation.  
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  • Once Shipped, the order will be delivered with 7 days our trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days  
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns:  5-7 business days 
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days  

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the shipment status. You can track your order through our courier partner's website.  

Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.  
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.  
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, re-delivery attempts will be made as per the courier company's policy. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.  

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@agrogramproducts.com. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue at the earliest.  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within *24 hours of delivery* with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.  

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.
